BusinessGYM is an idea that was created by a successful business coach who combined the success of her business clients with her experience and knowledge from nearly 3 decades of working with elite & recreational athletes in the health and fitness arena.  She identified that a true athlete is  not about the titles they win, but the combination of what they believe is possible then the action they take to achieve their personal best against any odds, for many that PB was a Gold Medal!
